A festival collection starts with the audience, creative direction and retail plan. We translate those inputs into a coordinated assortment of silhouettes, materials, artwork and finishing details, with each product developed for its role in the collection.
Custom cut and sew can give a collection its own fit and construction. Fully knitted pieces offer another route for graphics and texture. The right mix depends on the brief, quantity, budget and in-hand date.
Start with the delivery destination and required in-hand date. Development, yarn or fabric sourcing, sample rounds, approvals, bulk manufacturing and freight each need time in the schedule.
We coordinate the production route with specialist factory partners and manage quality control and logistics. Share your quantity breakdown by style, colour and size, along with the retail channels and packaging requirements, so the program can be planned as a whole.
These projects show different ways to turn an event identity into original products.
Coachella: an original apparel capsule
Original patterns, fabric and trim sourcing, sampling and cut and sew production for Coachella 2026 across outerwear, tops and headwear.
Stagecoach: custom festival knitwear
A motorsport-style full-zip knit jacket and a graphic short-sleeve button-up, with yarn sourcing, colour matching, sampling and delivery to the festival site.

Choose original cut and sew when the silhouette, fabric or construction is central to the concept. Consider decorated existing garments when their fit and material already suit the brief. Knitwear development follows a different process built around yarn, knit structure and artwork.

How early should festival merchandise development start?
Allow for design, sourcing, sampling and approval before bulk production and freight. A fixed event date makes those dependencies especially important. Send the required delivery date with your brief so we can assess the production route.
Can you develop original festival apparel?
Yes. Our Coachella work includes original patterns and custom cut and sew apparel. Our Stagecoach work includes fully knitted pieces. The construction and development process depend on the specific product.
What information should the brief include?
Include the event identity, audience, product references, target quantities by style and colour, budget, packaging, delivery destination and in-hand date. Existing artwork or specifications help define the starting point.
What are the minimum order quantities?
Minimums depend on the product, fabric or yarn, colourways and factory requirements. Individual catalog examples show reference minimums, but a new collection needs its own feasibility review and quote.
Can the collection include more than apparel?
Our product development work spans apparel, headwear, accessories and hard goods. Share the full proposed assortment so construction, sourcing and delivery can be coordinated across categories.
Share the creative direction, proposed assortment, quantities, budget and event date. We will review the development scope and production requirements.
