Collaborate with Magnum Opus
At Magnum Opus Agency, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative, development, and production services in a timely and professional manner. Our fulfillment policy outlines how we manage service delivery, timelines, and what you can expect throughout the process.
1. Scope of Fulfillment
Fulfillment refers to the process from project initiation to final delivery, including:
• Creative Strategy & Design
• Product Development
• Branding & Visual Identity
• Production Oversight & Delivery
• Operations Support
2. Project Timelines
Each project is unique and comes with a custom scope, timeline, and deliverables. Upon project kickoff:
• A timeline and milestone plan will be shared.
• Clients will be notified of any potential delays due to scope changes or external dependencies.
• Revisions and iterations may adjust fulfillment timelines depending on feedback cycles.
3. Communication & Approvals
• All key deliverables require written client approval before progressing to the next phase.
• Communication occurs via email, Slack, or other preferred channels agreed upon during onboarding.
• We encourage timely feedback to ensure fulfillment stays on track.
4. Deliverable Format
Deliverables are shared in the following formats unless otherwise specified:
• Design Files: Figma, Adobe Suite (AI, PSD, PDF)
• Product Files: Tech Packs, Spec Sheets (PDF, Excel)
• Production: Physical samples or shipments coordinated per client instructions
• Strategy Decks: Google Slides or PDF
5. Shipping & Logistics (for physical goods)
If Magnum Opus Agency is managing production and delivery of physical goods:
• Shipping timelines and costs will be communicated upfront.
• All shipments are tracked, and tracking details will be shared upon dispatch.
• Any third-party production delays will be disclosed promptly.
6. Revisions & Edits
• All projects include a predetermined number of revision rounds (outlined in the proposal).
• Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur extra charges and impact delivery timelines.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work:
• Projects canceled after kickoff are subject to a cancellation fee based on work completed.
• No refunds will be issued for completed stages or approved deliverables.
• Fulfillment-related delays caused by the client (lack of feedback, missed payments) are not grounds for refunds.
8. Payment & Invoicing
• Fulfillment is contingent on adherence to agreed payment terms.
• Invoices must be paid according to the terms stated in your Statement of Work (SOW).
• Delayed payments may pause project fulfillment until resolved.
